All reservations must be held by credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
A minimum two night stay may apply for Festivals and Christmas holidays.
For festival and holiday reservations a deposit equal to the first night stay will be required at time of reservation.
Check-in is 3:00 P.M.
Check-out is 11:00 A.M.
Because we are a small family owned inn, cancellations affect us. Cancellations require a notice of 7 days prior to date of arrival or 14 days for festivals and Christmas holidays. If a cancellation or change is needed within the 7/14 days you will be responsible for any nights that are not rebooked by another guest. Changes to a reservation need to be made by phone to ensure your cancellation is handled properly.
Winter- Remember winter time means snow will be on the passes so be prepared for winter driving. If both I-90 and US 2 highways are closed for more than 3 hours you will not be held responsible for your reservation.
Children 10 years of age and older are welcome.
Alpen Rose Inn is a non-smoking facility.
We are unable to accommodate pets.
Each guestroom accommodates two guests, with some guestrooms accommodating a third guest in a hide-a-bed or roll-away bed with a $20 charge.
